International Exchanges
Making a world of difference. As a Rotary Youth Exchange student, you’ll spend up to a year living with a few host families and attending school in a different country.
Whether you participate in Rotary’s long-term or short-term Youth Exchange programs, you’ll learn a new way of living, a great deal about yourself, and maybe even a new language. You’ll also be an ambassador, teaching people you meet about your country, culture, and ideas. You can help bring the world closer – and make some good friends in the process. More than 8,000 young people each year have experiences like these through Rotary Youth Exchange. It’s the opportunity of a lifetime. Are you ready for it?
We are currently seeking a student to go on an Australia – New Zealand Matched Student Exchange in 2017

The Exchange runs between families in Australia and New Zealand. A student in one country is matched with a student from another country. Each student spends one school term living in the others home and attending their school.
In 2017 the students from New Zealand will live in Australia in term 2 and the Australian students will live in New Zealand in Term 3. Each student is sponsored by a Rotary Club.
The Exchange is available to students aged between 13½ and 16 years on 1st January 2017 (a date of birth between 1 January 2001 and 1 July 2003). The student’s School must agree to support the Exchange.
